Any litigation related to the interpretation, implementation or termination of the agreement shall be governed by the French Law.
33.2
In case of contestation, the only recognized and accepted jurisdiction from both sides shall be the jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Commerce of Nanterre.
33.3
Such jurisdiction allocation clause shall apply also in case of summary procedures. However LINKCOM disposes of the faculty of having recourse to any other competent jurisdiction, particularly the venue of the Head Office or of the delivery place of the products.
