27.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND RETRACTION  -  GENERAL RULES
27.1
Acceptance by non consumers :Non Consumers may refuse the product in case of substantial non conformity with the confirmation of order by sending by writing their claims within 7 days following the delivery day. After such period, the products shall be considered accepted by the non consumers.
 

ATTENTION !
Any request of return received by LINKCOM after such period of 7 days, for whatsoever reason, shall be rejected. For example, the following reasons may not be taken into consideration:
-    The impossibility to join the Client Department by phone (The purchaser may send an e-mail)
-    The absence of the purchaser during such period of 7 days that follow the Order by third party.
28.
THE RETURN PROCEDURE
28.1
"Contact us" only by WRITING
To exercise his right of return, the Client must previously contact the Clients Department by filling obligatory the Form of Contact in the chapter "Contact Us" and precising the subject :"REQUEST OF RETURN" . the Client Department will give the Client  a number of the return. Such procedure is compulsory if the client desires exercising his right of return.
 The Client Department will communicate to the purchaser a N˚ of return. The Client will benefit of 48H00 period for returning the Product at his own expenses, to the address that will be communicated to him by LINKCOM.
28.2
We recommend you to conserve your dispatch proof and to use the service of registered colissimo of the Post in order to benefit from an insurance in case of any transport accident. The return fees shall be the unique charge of the purchaser.
28.3
No claim will be treated without such proof. Any period overrunning shall cancel such retraction possibility.
28.4
A flat-rate implementation may be claimed to the client for the treatment of the reparations and dispatch fees of the product/s that requires a revision or reparation  - See article 25.7

If the return is due to an error from LINKCOM or to non-conformity of the Product, the client shall then benefit from an "asset" on his next order covering the fees value paid for the Product return.

29.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
29.1
TThe product must imperatively  be returned to LINKCOM in an appropriate resale condition, which means complying with the return conditions mentioned here below:

-    In its exact origin condition
-    Inside its packing that should be intact
-    With any relevant accessories that were joined to it
-    In perfect functioning condition
-    With its leaflet

The Products must imperatively be accompanied with the return number given by LINKCOM and the sale invoice that has been previously printed on the site. The risks linked to the return of product, whatever will be the reason, shall be assumed by the Client. If the Product is lost by the transporter during such dispatch, the Client will be exclusively responsible and may not be reimbursed by LINKCOM.

If the returned Product fails to reach LINKCOM within the periods and under the conditions stipulated at the present Chapter 11, the Client may not be reimbursed. In this case, if the Client desires to enjoy again the use of his Product, he must order it by e-mail from LINKCOM that will forward it within the most favorable periods. The re-expedition fees shall be at the Client's charge and prepaid by Bank credit card..
29.2
Reimbursement to the Client
In case of exercising the right of return in accordance with the conditions hereby stipulated , the Client shall be credited with the purchase amount  on his next order.
Failing to accept such solution , the Clients Department shall proceed to reimburse the Client (transport fees excluded).

LINKCOM shall devote its best efforts to reimburse the Client within 30 days from the reception date of the returned product. Passing such period, for reasons out of its will, LINKCOM may not be pursued by the Client.
29.3
In implementation of the law of May 12, 1980, the property transfer of products in favor of the purchaser shall only be realized after full payment of the price by this latter, whatever will be the delivery dates of such products. 
On the other hand, the transfer of risks of loss and deterioration of the products shall be effectuated immediately upon delivery and reception of such products by the purchaser.

The present conditions shall be modifiable at any moment needless any notice and such modifications shall be applicable on any posterior order.
