9. | MODES OF PAYMENT |
9.1 | To settle his order the client will dispose of the following choices in the form put at his disposal: |
9.1.a | ON LINE: Blue card, VISA, EUROCARD – MASTERCARD |
9.1.b | By correspondence: Bank or postal check (3) |
9.1.c | By transfer: To our HSBC Bank (4) |
10. | PURCHASER'S GUARANTEE |
10.1 | The Client shall guarantee that he disposes of eventually necessary authorizations to use the mode of payment he selected, during the validation of the Order Voucher and that he disposes of sufficient funds to cove r any cost resulting from his order. |
11. | SETTLEMENT BY CREDIT CARD

11.1 | Debit is carried out at the order day* provided that the prior authorization to debit your account with the competent payment centers is obtained (Payment realized through the system of security and of encryption, see section "Secured payment" in our site at the top of the page), otherwise your order may not be taken into consideration. |
11.2 | The order is processed after the payment validation. |
11.3 | In case of refusal, LINKCOM may not honor the order.(*) Any order given at the workable days - from Monday till Friday – before 15H00 is validated by the Client Bank at the same evening, so, the order will be processed as from the next day to be forwarded, unless in case of re-supply. Therefore any order given after 15H00 will be only validated in the next day evening. |
12. | SETTLEDMENT BY CHECKS |
12.1 | The Order shall be confirmed whether on the Form of the payment on line, or by an "Order Voucher" remitted by the Client to LINKCOM by Telecopy or by mail (2) |
12.2 | Within maximum 5 workable days, the Client will forward by mail to LINKCOM his check in Euros, to be cleared in any French Bank , to the order of LINKCOM (3), unless in case of specific conditions of payment. |
12.3 | At his first order, the Client shall join to his settlement by check: K-Bis Extract of less than 3 months and copy of the identity card of the Check drawer, for companies; Copy of the Artisan, Professional or Trader Card of the drawer of check (or an extract of the Register of Commerce), and copy of the Identity card (*) From this same person, for the Artisans, Traders and liberal professions:
(*) Accepted French Identity Cards, during validation: National Identity Card, Passport, Stay Permit, Resident Permit , Driving license with grey card, Identity Card of the Countries of the European Union.

12.4 | The order is processed upon receipt of the payment subject to its collection by our HSBC Bank. |
12.5 | In case of refusal, LINKCOM returns the check and may not honor the order. |
13. | SETTLEMENT BY BANK TRANSFERS |
13.1 | The order will be confirmed whether on our ONLINE payment Form or through an "Order Voucher" transmitted to LINKCOM by mail (1) or by telecopy (2) |
13.2 | The purchaser shall transfer the cost of purchase through our HSBC Bank (4) |
13.3 | The order will be reserved by LINKCOM for maximum 7 days waiting the Client's settlement. |
13.4 | The Order will not be processed unless the transferred amount is credited to our account.

13.5 | After such period, your order will be tacitly cancelled. |
14. | THE RESERVES |
14.1 | LINKCOM shall reserve its right to suspend and order management or any delivery in the following THREE cases : |
14.2 | If the order is emanating from a purchaser that he failed to totally or partially settle a previous order or payment litigation is pending with him. |
14.3 | Si la commande émane d’un acheteur qui n’aurait pas réglé totalement ou partiellement une commande précédente ou avec lequel un litige de paiement serait en cours d’administration. |
14.4 | In the case of non reception of complementary documents in support or in case of reception of documents considered non-conform by LINKCOM Verification Service. |
15. | FOLLOW UP OF PAYENTS |
15.1 | A certain number of web traders constitute an act of fraudulent orders. LINKCOM, like any other web traders, is forced to apply strict procedures that protect it against such prejudices in spite it is aware that such procedures constitute unavoidable inconvenience to such clients. |
15.2 | Consequently LINKCOM reserves the right to block certain order and to require the client to supply it with the following complementary documents within 5 workable days by e-mail, telecopy (2) or by mail (1): |
15.2.a | For the Artisans, Traders and Liberal professions: Copy of the Card of Artisan, of Trader or professional of the drawer of check (or an extract of the Register of Commerce), and a copy of the Identity Card of the person. |
15.3 | In such case, the order shall only be validated after the reception and verification of the forwarded supporting documents. The purchaser shall be then informed by e-mail. |
15.4 | Consequently and to avoid any delay, we tank you for having at the time of your order:

15.4.a | Paying E-mail address (Type AOL, WANADOO, NOOS, TISCALI, FREE …) or professional address. |
15.4.b | A telephone number (Business or domicile) to be enable to join you any time of the day. |
15.5 | In case the supporting documents do not reach LINKCOM within the determined periods, and in case such documents are considered non-conform by the Verification Department, LINKCOM reserves its right to refuse the payment validation and therefore to reject the Order. LINKCOM, really upset of such inconvenience, relies on the total comprehension of its clients. Such measures constitute a proof of will from our part to protect our clients and purchasers from any eventual frauds particularly through the Bank Credit Card. |
16. | ORDERS PROCESSING |
16.1 | Neither order will be forwarded before the validation of payment, should it be made on line through the accepted credit cards, by check or by transfer, except in case of specific conditions of payment at 30 days term. |
16.2 | After validation, the client will receive e-mail in confirmation of the expedition of his order. |
6.3 | The products property shall be transferred to the client after the full payment of the price, even in case of specific payment delay |
16.4 | The purchased and unsold products may not be retaken or exchanged. Such rule may not be infringed at all. |
